Wolfie's Platinum Fizz

What you need:

  • 30ml Courvoisier VSOP
  • 30ml Mozart White
  • 15ml Lemon Juice
  • Splash of Egg white

Method:

Shake & strain over ice into a tall glass then top with Ginger Ale. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and garnish with lemon peel wrapped cherry.
