Wolfie's Platinum Fizz
What you need:
- 30ml Courvoisier VSOP
- 30ml Mozart White
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- Splash of Egg white
Method:
Shake & strain over ice into a tall glass then top with Ginger Ale. Sprinkle with Cinnamon and garnish with lemon peel wrapped cherry.
