Meloncholy

What you need:

  • 1 slice of Honeydew Melon
  • 30ml Tullamore Dew
  • 15ml Midori
  • 15ml Yellow Chartreuse
  • Dash of Angostura Bitters

Method:

Muddle melon then shake with ice and remaining ingredients. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a dried rose.
