Melon Maple Fizz

What you need:

• 1 slice Honeydew Melon
• 30ml Midori
• 30ml Martin Millers Gin
• 15ml Maple Syrup
• 15ml Lemon juice
• Egg white

Method:

Muddle honeydew melon with sugar, shake with ice and remaining ingredients. Strain over ice into a highball, top with soda and garnish with a thin melon slice and lemon twist.
