Lychee & Champagne Mojito

What you need:

  • 30ml Matusalem Platino
  • 30ml Paraiso Lychee liqueur
  • 15ml Lychee juice
  • 2 Lime wedges
  • 6 Fresh Mint leaves

Method:

Muddle mint & lime with half a tsp sugar then shake with ice and remaining ingredients. Pour into a tall glass and top with champagne then garnish with a whole Lychee.
