Licorice Collins

What you need:

  • 30ml Martin Miller’s Reformed Gin
  • 30ml Opal Nera
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • Splash of sugar syrup
  • Topped with Soda water

Method:

Build into a tall glass with ice. Garnish with a licorice stick or lemon wedge.
