What you need:

• 45ml Tradicional
• 30ml Licor 43
• 30ml Orange juice
• Small bunch of Coriander

Method:

Pick out choice sprig for garnish, then place the rest in glass and muddle. Shake vigorously with ice and remaining ingredients then double strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with sprig previously set aside.
