What you need:

30ml Zubrowka
30ml Zen
15ml Midori
30ml Pineapple juice
30ml Lemon juice
5 – 6 mint leaves
½ tsp Sugar

Method:

Press mint & sugar then add ice with the remaining ingredients and shake vigorously. Strain over ice into a tall glass & garnish with pineapple leaf and chopstick stirrer.
