What you need:

• 30ml Matusalem Clasico
• 15ml Frangelico
• 30ml Espresso
• 15ml Mozart Black

Method:

Shake then strain into a chilled martini glass, allow time for the drink to settle slightly then layer about 15 - 20ml of heavy cream on top.
Garnish with a sprinkle of ground coffee.
