What you need:

• 45ml Jose Cuervo Especial
• 30ml Lena Banana liqueur
• 10ml Lemon Juice
• Quarter of fresh Ruby Red Grapefruit (grilled)

Method:

Cut & muddle grapefruit then shake with ice and remaining ingredients. Double strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with a flamed (pink) grapefruit twist
